Coconut milk

UHT coconut milk is available in three fat contents – 17%, 24% and 30% – to suit a wide range of industrial applications. This product combines stability, consistency and authentic flavour thanks to a heat treatment that preserves the sensory and nutritional qualities of coconut while ensuring long-term preservation.

UHT coconut milk 17%
conventional and organic

Average composition : fat content between 16 and 19% and contains a minimum of 55% coconut kernels. This product is available with or without additives.

Packaging : 20kg boxes and 200kg drums

UHT coconut milk 17% offers an excellent compromise between rich flavour and fluidity, ideal for applications requiring a light and stable texture (ready meals, sauces or plant-based drinks).

UHT coconut milk 24%
conventional and organic

Average composition : fat content between 23 and 25% and contains a minimum of 80% coconut kernels. This product is available with or without additives.

Packaging : 20kg boxes and 200kg drums

UHT coconut milk 24% is a raw material with a high fat content and stable properties. Thanks to UHT treatment, this product has functional characteristics: a smooth texture, natural white colour and authentic flavour profile.

UHT coconut milk 30%
conventional and organic

Average composition : fat content between 16 and 19% and contains a minimum of 95% coconut kernels. This product is available with or without additives.

Packaging : 20kg boxes and 200kg drums

UHT 30% coconut milk offers excellent emulsifying properties, good resistance to high temperatures and optimal stability during cooking. This fat content enhances the flavor. It can be easily integrated into automated processes with few or many formulations.
