Coconut paste

Coconut paste is obtained by finely grinding fresh or dried coconut flesh, giving it a smooth and homogeneous texture. Naturally rich and aromatic, it is appreciated for its distinctive coconut flavour and versatility. It should be stored in a dry place at a temperature between 15 and 25°C. Coconut paste is widely used in desserts and ice cream. For best results, it should be heated to the right temperature to make it malleable while maintaining its stability during cooking.
