Coconut water concentrate (CWC) is obtained by partially evaporating the coconut water naturally contained in green and young coconuts. It is a low-sugar, low-calorie plant-based drink rich in vitamins. In its concentrated form, coconut water is ideal for making drinks, culinary preparations or for industrial applications.

Average composition : consists of between 58 and 61% dry matter, with a naturally occurring carbohydrate content of between 3 and 6 g/100g in single strength and a low proportion of protein. Coconut water is best known for its high electrolyte content, particularly potassium (150 to 250 mg/100g in single strength*).
*with water added to concentrated coconut water to restore the original brix of pure coconut water (3.8 to 4.6°).
